Black Beauty thin brick in a Norman size brings bold character and lasting durability to Streetcar Flats, a modern residential community in Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood. Completed in 2024, the four-story development combines contemporary architecture with inspiration from the area’s historic streetcar network.

The rich tones and textured surface of Black Beauty enhance the building’s urban aesthetic while complementing its clean lines and modern materials. Designed by Harris Architecture and built by Miller General Contractors, the project reflects a thoughtful blend of historical influence and modern residential design.

Located adjacent to the Sugarmont S-Line stop, Streetcar Flats embraces transit-oriented living while offering residents amenities including a rooftop terrace, fitness center, clubhouse, and bicycle storage.
