Christie Crossing stands as a thoughtful example of how modern multifamily design can honor the character and heritage of an established Calgary community. Designed by S2 Architecture and developed by Dominium, the project was crafted to blend seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood while introducing contemporary living spaces and amenities that complement Alberta’s natural landscape and Rocky Mountain backdrop.

King Klinker America is honored that our Obsidian Shadow thin brick in American Imperial size was selected to shape the building’s distinctive exterior. The deep tones and authentic masonry character of Obsidian Shadow complement the project’s balance of modern and traditional design while paying tribute to the area’s architectural heritage.

Designed to foster connection and community through inviting communal spaces, Christie Crossing earned the 2024 Alberta Masonry Design Award, recognizing its exceptional craftsmanship and lasting community impact.
