Dorzecze Legnickiej
Dorzecze Legnickiej
To bring the vision for this development to life, the architects selected three King Klinker thin brick colors—Heart Brick, Red Square, and Gothic Smile, all in King 3/8" size—for the building’s exterior façade. The combination of these rich masonry tones helps connect the project to the vibrant urban character of Dorzecze Legnickiej while also reflecting the surrounding natural landscape.
Located where the energy of Wrocław meets the tranquility of nature, the development was designed to balance contemporary architecture with green spaces and details inspired by the nearby Odra River. The project’s concept draws heavily from the calm, flowing character of lowland rivers, creating an environment that feels both modern and deeply connected to its setting.
Even the surrounding street names—including Mała Panew, Kłodnica, Bystrzyca, Stobrawa, and Barycz—reference rivers familiar throughout the region. This “urban rivers” theme influenced the architectural vision, symbolically guiding the neighborhood toward Legnicka Street in the same way tributaries flow into the Odra River and become part of the local ecosystem.
