Stara Cegielnia

Stara Cegielnia transforms a former industrial site into a contemporary residential community rooted in its surroundings. The four-story buildings are arranged among ponds, walking paths, newly planted trees, and landscaped courtyards, creating a close connection between urban living and nature.

Staggered sections break up the building’s mass, add depth to the façade, and provide greater privacy for balconies. Large windows bring natural light into the apartments while framing views of the water and greenery. A pillar-and-slab structural system also allows for open, flexible interiors.

The façade features Gothic Smile thin brick from King Klinker, adding warmth, texture, and a connection to the site’s industrial history. Paired with dark metal details and expansive glass, the rich red brick creates a contemporary, loft-inspired aesthetic that bridges the property’s past with modern residential design.
