Armii Krajowej 46A is a contemporary mixed-use development by Toscom Development. Designed by Dziewoński Łukaszewicz Architekci, it combines ground-level commercial space with residences above. Its upper levels step back to reduce the building’s visual scale and create spacious terraces.

A structured grid defines the façade, with light horizontal bands separating each floor and vertical brick sections organizing the residential bays. Deep-set balconies, dark metal framing, and transparent glass contrast with the textured masonry, bringing depth and movement to the building.

The main façade features Winter Field thin brick from King Klinker America. Its cool gray, charcoal, and chalky white tones create natural variation that shifts with the light. Winter Field adds texture and masonry character while balancing the building’s clean geometry with a more organic surface.
