The façade is clad in Black Beauty thin brick in American Imperial size, providing a rich charcoal base that anchors the design. Installed in a traditional running bond, the elongated proportions of the brick emphasize the building's horizontal lines while introducing texture and depth. The dark brick pairs with vertical metal siding above, creating a balanced contrast between natural clay materials and contemporary architectural elements.
