The Revival
The Revival
The Revival Apartments, located in Salt Lake City's Warehouse and Broadway Districts, features a striking facade adorned with Black Beauty thin brick in Norman size, as well as Desert Land and Roman Theatre thin bricks in King size. These materials create a sophisticated and visually dynamic exterior, blending industrial charm with contemporary design elements.
Designed by FFKR Architects and developed by PEG Companies, this multi-family residential project consists of a three-level parking podium topped with five floors of wood-framed apartments, totaling 142 units. The architectural design draws inspiration from classic Western European styles of the 1920s, incorporating geometric patterns and bold color schemes for a unique Art Deco-inspired aesthetic. The industrial character of the exterior complements the historic context of the surrounding neighborhood, while the refined interior finishes offer a modern urban living experience.
The Revival Apartments provide a variety of layouts, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, each designed to maximize natural light through expansive windows. The property includes a wide array of amenities, such as a media lounge, club room, co-working spaces, conference rooms, an extensive fitness facility with a yoga studio, bike and dog wash stations, and an outdoor barbecue area with a spa. These features cater to the needs of contemporary residents, emphasizing convenience, community, and wellness.
Situated adjacent to the 4th South transportation corridor, The Revival offers easy access to public transit, restaurants, parks, farmers markets, grocery stores, and entertainment venues, making it a prime location for urban dwellers. The development also incorporates elements from pre-existing warehouse structures on the site, further connecting the building to the rich industrial heritage of the area.
By seamlessly integrating Black Beauty, Desert Land, and Roman Theatre thin bricks with its innovative design and modern amenities, The Revival Apartments celebrate the historical and cultural fabric of Salt Lake City while setting a standard for contemporary urban living.
